Katie has been doing the cooking since she arrived in Claremont. Yesterday she made her awesome original meatball sandwich. She makes it early in the day. It is then baked and refrigerated. The melted cheese holds it together with Italian meatballs and sauce. The bread is a hollowed out sourdough boule. When dinner time comes, you just cut off your slice and warm it in the micro. Today, we plan to take our slices to Sunapee Harbor and enjoy them as we watch the dogs play in the water. YUM!
